Reviews and your badge

A badge earned from settled sales and real ratings. It cannot be edited into existence.

How reviews work

• Only a buyer can write one, and only on their own order.
• One review per order.
• The order must be completed. A fulfilled order is not reviewable — the buyer has not yet said they got it.
• Refunded and cancelled orders are never reviewable.

The badge

New

No completed sales yet.

Rising

One or more completed sales.

Established

Five or more completed sales.

Trusted

Ten or more sales, five or more reviews, and an average of at least 4.6.

Volume alone does not reach Trusted. A busy shop with no ratings stays Established, because the badge is meant to say something about quality as well as quantity.

This is why confirming a handover is worth both sides' time: every completed deal is what builds the badge, and nothing about it can be improved by editing a profile.
