Helpers, and handing a shop over
A manager can edit the page but not the money. Ownership moves only when the other person accepts.
Managers
You can give up to ten people manager access to a shop. A manager may edit the page: how it presents, its hours, its wayfinding note, its design, how the catalogue is shown.
A manager may not touch the money or the keys — no payouts, no payment connection, no orders, no publishing or unpublishing, no changing the link, no transfers, and no adding other managers.
Transferring ownership
Transfers are two-sided. You offer it, and it happens only when the other person accepts from their own account. A shop appearing in someone's account uninvited would be an abuse vector, and accepting is how they agree to run it.
- You start the transfer. The recipient gets a notification and an email, and their business console opens on the shop while it is pending. If they have not answered, you can send it again once a day.
- They accept from their own account.
- The shop moves. You become a manager on it, so you can keep helping without holding the keys.
Either side can withdraw before it is accepted, and a shop can only have one pending transfer at a time.
What moves and what does not
- Moves with the shop
- The link, the design, hours, wayfinding, its events, its reviews, and listings that belong to the shop page itself.
- Re-keys instantly
- Trust badge, capabilities and payment rails. Checkout starts using the new owner's payment connection the moment it flips, never the old owner's.
- Does not move
- Listings the old owner posted socially — those live in their own account and drop off the page. Order and payout history stays with whoever earned it, as it must.
