Deleting your account
Settings › Account › Delete account. It happens straight away and cannot be undone — cancel any iPhone subscription first, and download your data if you want it.
Before you delete
- If you pay for anything through your iPhone, cancel it in your Apple subscriptions — only you can stop Apple billing you. Card subscriptions, your plan and paid circles alike, are cancelled for you when the account is deleted.
- Download your data if you want a copy. The delete screen offers it first.
- Make sure nothing is still owed to you — a payout in flight, an order you have not handed over.
Deleting it
- Settings › Account › Delete account.
- Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT to confirm.
- It happens straight away — give it up to a minute — and you are signed out on that device.
What goes, and what stays
Deleted: your page and everything published on it, your files, what Aura remembers about you, your connected apps, your devices and sign-in sessions, and your call recordings.
Not deleted: the records of money that moved — orders, tickets and payouts. The other person in each of those still has their side of it.
No account, but we hold your email
If you only ever bought a ticket or an order as a guest, there is no account to delete. Email support@afrilingua.ai from the address you used and ask for it to be removed.
