Where it works, and what is still missing
An honest list of which countries, currencies and delivery methods are live — and which are not.
Currencies you can sell in
A currency appears only once we can both take money in it and pay it out. There is deliberately no state where you can list in a currency nobody can be paid in.
- USD, EUR, GBP
- Card payments, paid out through Stripe.
- NGN, KES, GHS, ZAR
- Local rails through Flutterwave, paid into a bank account.
Getting paid, by country
Card payouts run through Stripe Express, which we currently open to sellers in the United States only. Sellers in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana and South Africa are paid instead through a Flutterwave account tied to their own bank details.
That single split is why the two halves of the product look different in different places, and it is worth knowing before you plan around a feature.
Delivery, by country
- Courier booking
- Live where our courier partner operates. Not available in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya or South Africa — nothing is wired to the local courier companies there yet.
- The shop's own car
- Everywhere. It needs no account and no integration, which is why it is the backbone across African markets.
- A community runner
- Wherever a runner has published a service area that reaches the shop. Needs no courier account and no vehicle of the shop's own — but the runner must be able to receive card payouts, which today means a payout account in the United States.
- Posting a parcel
- Everywhere, at a flat rate. Live carrier quotes additionally need a configured provider and full postcodes at both ends.
Things people expect that do not exist yet
Stated plainly, because finding out at the wrong moment is worse than knowing now.
- There is no dispute button on a card order. If something arrives wrong, message the seller; if that fails, contact support. Refunds are possible — a formal dispute state is not built.
- Postage labels are not bought in the app. A seller is paid the postage and buys the label on their own tool.
- Reviews and staff blocks on a shop page are in the vocabulary but not yet built, and the editor says so rather than hiding them.
- A shop is not told when a delivery it promised goes unclaimed. Only the buyer is.

What it costs — every fee in one place
Five percent plus a small fixed amount on a sale, taken out of the seller's side. Delivery is priced separately and says so.
Getting paid
Set payouts up before you list. Money settles into your own account on a rolling delay of about a week.
Changing your mind, and when things go wrong
You can cancel a paid order yourself and get a full refund. Past that point it is a conversation with the seller.
