What it costs — every fee in one place
Five percent plus a small fixed amount on a sale, taken out of the seller's side. Delivery is priced separately and says so.
Selling something
- USD, EUR, GBP
- 5% of the order, plus $0.49 per order. Charged once per order, not once per item.
- NGN, KES, GHS, ZAR
- 5% of the order. No fixed fee — a flat charge on a small local basket is punitive, so there is not one.
- Event tickets
- 5% plus the fixed fee per ticket, because each ticket is its own unit of sale.
- Paid circle memberships
- 5%, with no fixed fee. Subscriptions cannot carry a clean per-invoice fixed amount.
The fixed amount exists to cover what the card networks charge us on every transaction. Without it, a $3 sale would cost more to process than it earns.
- A buyer pays you directly
- Nothing at all. You share a payout handle, they pay you, and the money never passes through us — so there is nothing for us to take a share of.
Delivery
Delivery is priced apart from the goods, and deliberately is not a percentage of your shopping.
- A runner brings it
- We take 5% of the delivery fee only — never any part of the goods, and never any part of a reimbursement.
- A courier brings it
- The courier's own price, plus a service fee of 5% of the goods subtotal — at least $1, at most $5 — charged on the delivery payment and named separately at checkout.
- The shop brings it
- Whatever the shop charges. We take nothing from it: a cut of a seller's own petrol would be indefensible.
- You collect it
- Nothing.
What is free
- Opening a shop, and having as many as you want.
- Listing things, however many.
- Publishing a runner rate card and taking jobs.
- The shop page, its design, its link, and everything on it.
There is no subscription to sell here and no listing fee. We take a share of a transaction when one happens, and nothing at all when one does not.

Getting paid
Set payouts up before you list. Money settles into your own account on a rolling delay of about a week.
Getting it to you
Collect it, or have it delivered — and if it is delivered, the shop decides who drives, not you.
How and when you are paid
The buyer's card is charged when you prove the delivery, and your share moves in the same request.
